Terms of use
Last updated 15 September 2026
GRITscore is provided by The Hockey Site to coaches with an active Pro Coach subscription. By using it you agree to these terms and to the terms of The Hockey Site.
Access
Coach access depends on an active Pro Coach subscription for the email you sign in with. When the subscription ends, access to the coach dashboard ends too. Player links keep working only for rounds that are still open.
What the scores are
GRITscore uses an original questionnaire written by The Hockey Site. The scores are a starting point for a coaching conversation, not a psychological test or a validated measure. Don't use them as the only basis for selection, grading or any other decision about a person.
Your responsibilities
Only add players you coach, use names or nicknames rather than sensitive details, and follow your club's rules on working with young people and their data. Keep player links within your team.
Availability
We do our best to keep GRITscore running but can't promise it will always be available. We may change or retire features over time.
